Volunteers

volunteersPeaceable Kingdom volunteers come to the retreat with diverse backgrounds united by the caring desire to contribute their time and energy. Homemakers, executives, students and retirees all come to the retreat for the opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child. Today, Peaceable Kingdom Retreat for Children provides programs for more than 6,000 children and their families, without charge. By utilizing individuals and groups the retreat can continue offering these services, supplementing the work of the professional staff and offering services not otherwise available to the children and their families. Individuals may assist with day to day programming or offer Specialized Instruction on a unique trade. Groups/Organizations are always needed to assist, completing on-site service projects.
